This Privacy Policy was published in November 2019. This website is operated by Arans Kommunikation AB (“we” or “us”). We respect the privacy of users of our website and recognise that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner with that information. As a fan or user of our services here is how much we love and care for you and your privacy. We are one organization with several units. The following information is valid if you are a customer or in contact with Arans Studio or Arans Förlag. Both these brands are the entity and act under the legal name “Arans Kommunikation AB” registered in Sweden. Furthermore “Arans Studio”, “Arans Förlag” and “Arans Kommunikation AB” is referred to as “Arans” in this documentation.

What we collect?

The information that you give us about yourself.

In order for us at Arans to be able to give you the best experience of our service as possible we need to collect and store your information. When you become a customer with us we gather and store information that includes the following information about you and your company. Name, address, organization and/or your personal/social security number, type of business, address, telephone numbers, email addresses and telephone numbers to the main user of the account.

In the case you are making an order in our online bookstore we will collect all relevant data to be able to handle your order with us. 

The information that is automatically collected.

When you become a customer with us we may collect the official data connected to your company organization number available form the authority/organization handling this data in the country you resident and have your company registered in.

How do we use it?
